As you know Egypt doesn’t have WMD like Israel. What doctrine will fit Egyptian best. Since late 1970s their Military doctrine was to live out of US welfare.

First, your assumption that Egypt does not have WMDs is not proven. While I would tend to agree that they most likely do not have nuclear weapons, there are many weapons of mass destruction. Second, their military is on the side of the current regime, and the Egyptian government has always sided with those currently in power…Persians, Romans, Franks, Turks, Brits, USSR or US. They will most likely continue to do this or put a new group of leaders in who do.
