We are studying Africa in social studies and we got to choose our countries and i chose egypt. I was wondering if you know any good egyptian food recipies that could feed about 35 students and are desserts? Please help if you can thank you!

You can do rice pudding.. very popular in egypt and can be made easily, even tastes good
!
Ingredients:
-3 tablespoons rice
-2 cups milk
-6 tablespoons sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-Cinnamon
Method:
- Mix rice with little of milk.
- Mix the rest of milk with sugar, then cook until it boils. Pour rice mixture (stir often).
- Cook on minimum till rice is done (approx 10 min).
- Add vanilla.
- Pour into serving dishs and decorate with cinnamon (maybe even some ice cream)
- Refrigerate until serving.
Baklava isn’t really egyptian its turkish.. but basbousa is and its really nice too
look up basbousa ppl r gonna love it sorry dont know the recipe though just google it

I’d choose a dates pie because it’s easy to carry and to eat in class.
Get soft dates and half them. (remove the pit)
Arrange on pie dough (ready made might be easy for you) and sprinkle with 1 tbsp of sugar and tabsp of cinnamon.
Put in oven for about half an hour to 3/4 hour (medium heat)
When cooled, cut and put in plastic containers to be easily carried to school.
