Im going to Egypt soon. How much water is it recommened to drink everyday whilst Im over there? How much is the verage price for bottle water over there?

As far as I am aware the human body only needs two liters a day to function properly.
That is why ‘experts’ always recommend 8 glasses of water, which is about 64 ounces or two liters of water a day.

so many factors involved in the amount answer…but a general rule of keeping yourself hydrated enough is that your urine is orange colored if not drinking enough water. So hydrate yourself and keep in mind that it’s probably not as hot as you’re thinking if you’re not hanging out w/ bedouins or in hurghada.
You drink when you are thirsty i been to egypt plenty of times due to heat and humid air you might want to carry a bottle around frequently they are like 4 pounds maximum 1 dolar equals about 5-6 pounds anyways
as drinking water considered the best way to purify the buddy,people should not drink less than 2 liters daily in moderate weather regions,in Egypt which the weather is hot at summer,people must drinks 3 liters daily,and 2 liters in winter.
about 1 L per day and its cheap don’t worry

a bottle costs 1.5 LE , so total would be about 4 -5 Le
this would be less than a dollar , for a dollar is equal to 5.4 LE .if you order water in a restaurant or a cafeteria , you pay much more + service charge .
so, it is advisable to carry your bottle wherever you go.
dont forget to brush your teeth with bottled water .
